Maximilian Grießer is a consultant at Hofmann Consultants GmbH. His consulting expertise spans leadership, executive consulting and management evaluation. He also possesses extensive experience in project management and transformation, supporting companies and organisations, particularly in the defence, public sector and consumer goods sectors.

After a distinguished 13-year career as an officer in the German Armed Forces, including a range of leadership assignments and two overseas deployments, Maximilian Grießer transitioned into management consulting. His extensive experience in leading teams and assessing leadership capabilities, potential and decision-making behaviour forms the foundation of his advisory work today. In the consulting environment, he successfully transferred this expertise to the civilian sector, leading complex projects and transformation programmes.

He holds a Master’s degree in History and Sociology from the Helmut Schmidt University of the German Armed Forces in Hamburg.

His move into executive and leadership consulting was a natural progression of his professional journey. Having spent many years leading people and advising complex organisations, he firmly believes that leadership quality is one of the most decisive factors in achieving sustainable business success.
